Campsite Rules

  • ManorFest endeavours to ensure that everyone attending the festival should feel safe. We have put this policy in place to reinforce that belief that it is Ticket Holders own responsibility to familiarise themselves with all safety procedures and location of fire and first aid facilities and how to get help in an emergency.
  • In the event of an emergency, contact any member of staff, steward, or security personnel for assistance.
  • Open fires and BBQs are strictly prohibited.
  • No glass is allowed on site.
  • No sound systems are allowed on site.
  • No gas appliances or gas canisters are allowed on site.
  • Camping stoves that use solid fuel blocks such as Hexamine are acceptable but must be closely supervised whilst in use.
  • Do remain alert to fire safety rules for the protection of everyone.
  • Camping pitches will be allocated on a first come, first served arrangement. We will not be able to reserve pitches.
  • Be sensible when choosing your pitch size. Do not take up more than a reasonable amount of space.
  • Bring the correct size tent for the number of people in your party e.g. no 6 man tents for 2 people.
  • Do not create a camping enclave with other campers. You may be instructed to remove and re-pitch your tents.
  • Vehicles such as vans, estate cars or other vehicles without built in sleeping facilities will not be allowed access to the campsite.
  • Sleeping in cars on any part of the Festival or Venue grounds is strictly prohibited.
  • Campervans must be under 6 metres in length. One small tent may be sited alongside a campervan for children to sleep in.
  • No generators are permitted on site.
  • Ensure you wear your issued wristband at all times. Anyone without a wristband will be ejected from the site.
